Lorsque vous prenez une personne comme modèle, il ne s’agit pas de copier tout ce que fait cette personne
et de devenir son sosie…vous devez être sélectif.
Essayer de ressembler à 100% à votre modèle, faire exactement tout ce qu’il fait: façon de marcher, façon de parler, façon de s’habiller, tout et tout, cela veut dire dans le fond: »moi, je ne vaux rien, j’ai donc tout intérêt à faire comme lui. » Alors, soyez sélectif.
Quelques exemples:
J’ai eu beaucoup de modèles dans ma vie.
Le physicien Albert Einstein, par exemple, j’ai toujours été impressionné par son intelligence. Me suis-je rabaissé, dévalorisé, senti écrasé par tant d’intelligence ? Non, je me suis réjoui et j’ai tenté d’y voir plus clair.
C’était quoi son secret, qu’est-ce qui le différenciait des autres. Avec beaucoup de recherches, j’ai trouvé LA réponse. Je vous la donne ci-dessous:
L’activité électrique de son cerveau avait une fréquence entre 8 et 13 hertz et une amplitude moyenne de l’ordre de 100 microvolts. Ce qui correspond aux ondes cérébrales alpha.
Les gens fréquemment en alpha sont plus créatifs. On les reconnait à leur faculté de s’émerveiller, de poser un oeil neuf sur chaque chose, de rêver. On attribue aux ondes alpha, le pouvoir d’améliorer la capacité d’apprendre.
Alors, j’ai cherché des méthodes pour changer l’activité électrique de mon cerveau et me mettre en alpha. J’en ai trouvé et je les applique mais je n’ai pas essayé d’imiter les cheuveux en bataille d’Albert Einstein.
Non, j’aime mes cheveux courts.
Un autre de mes modèles: Michael Jackson. Un succès planataire. Me suis-je dévalorisé, rabaissé ? Non. Je me suis réjoui et j’ai tenté d’y voir plus clair. C’était quoi son secret ?
MICHAEL VOULAIT ÊTRE LE NUMÉRO 1, champion dans son domaine. Il avait une mentalité de gagnant et de résistant. J’ai intégré ses qualités pour moi mais je ne suis pas devenu danseur et chanteur
Un autre de mes modèles: l’acteur Will Smith que vous connaissez peut-être. Je ne me suis pas rabaissé, dévaloris. Je me suis réjoui. J’ai cherché son secret et j’ai trouvé qu’il est perfectionniste. Lorsqu’il travaille sur un projet, il procéde étape par étape et chaque étape qu’il entreprend, il travaille à ce que ce soit parfait ensuite il passe à l’étape suivante.
Excellent ! J’ai intrégré cette méthode pour moi mais je ne suis pas devenu acteur de cinéma. J’aime mon travail.
Je crois que vous avez maintenant compris le principe.
Aussi, ne vous souciez pas de l’âge ou du sexe des personnes que vous prenez comme modèle. Moi, j’ai des modèles femmes. J’ai aussi des modèles âgés de 17-18 ans.
Un point dernier important, vous pouvez prendre une personne comme mentor même s’il ne le sait pas. Le
simple fait de le prendre comme modèle, de voir ce qu’il fait, de le comprendre, de vous mettre à sa place reste une forme de mentor-ship.
